Carroling angels

Hummingbird cake filled and covered with raffaello meringue buttercream. The church is made of gumpaste and the tree and angels are fondant.

Cake and Fudge

Vanilla cake with vanilla filling covered in fondant and accented with red and gold gumpaste.  And when the gumpaste cover is removed . . .  fudge . . . peanut butter fudge, cookies and cream fudge, cranberry orange fudge, maple bacon fudge and raffaello fudge.
