For my son-in-law, Brian, a dark chocolate cake filled with whipped peanut butter buttercream and covered in fondant. The foam on the beer is hazelnut buttercream. The beer can suspended in mid air seems like magic even to me, and I know how its done.

I've got a bit of catching up to do
First there was a cobra for Nicholas. Chocolate cake with bubble gum flavored buttercream and a rice cereal cobra.
Then there was a princess cake for a little princess.
Then it was Austin's birthday and his aunt Bekki thought he was deserving of a very special cake. It looks to me like he was pleased with the result:
And finally, there was a red velvet birthday cake that I call "petals and pearls" for a very dear friend whose birthday I had forgotten. Happy birthday Suz. . .
