Bonne fete Madame Verrier

Triple citrus cake, almond paste filling, orange buttercream and a rolled fondant covering, decorated with gumpaste flowers and ladybugs.  I'm told a good time was had by all.

A basket of eggs for Easter

A triple citrus cake -- that is one layer of lime, one layer of lemon, and one layer of orange cake -- frosted in orange buttercream and covered in rolled fondant.  The eggs are rice cereal treats covered in candy clay then covered with a gumpaste shell and decorated with fondant accents.

Coffee and vanilla, Mmmmm...

A lovely vanilla cake with a raspberry buttercream filling and a rich coffee flavored buttercream frosting piped in a sunflower design.
